I am trying to join a new ISP but I keep getting the message 'Unable to load the internet configuration library (inetcfg.dll)'. How can I fix this?
Try running the Internet Connection Wizard, in the following way. Click Start, Find, then click 'Files or Folders'. In the 'Named' box, type inetwiz.exe and click 'Find Now'. In the list of files returned, double-click inetwiz.exe. Then follow the Wizard's instructions.
